Cindi Bigheart, APRN, MSN, WHNP-BC
Cindi is a certified women’s healthcare nurse practitioner and is now accepting new patients. Cindi is so happy to be caring for the Enid community and can’t wait to see some more familiar faces.
Cindi graduated from University of Texas Southwest Medical School as OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner School in 1992 and has more than 28 years of diverse experiences, especially as a Nurse Practitioner.
For the better part of her career, Cindi worked in collaborative private practice with Dr. Richard Staerkel, at Women’s Health and Wellness. After that, they owned and developed a free standing birth center, BirthWise.
In 2016, Cindi retired to Florida. However, she couldn’t stay away for long and went back to work while in Florida at a Family Planning/STD clinic.
Upon returning to Enid, Cindi went back to work at Women’s Health and Wellness before opening her own independent practice as Women’s HealthWise in July 2020.
Cindi and Richard have enjoyed being home with their 5 grown children and families, 9 grandkids and 2 great grandkids.
Lindsay, Certified Medical Assistant
Lindsay is a Certified Medical Assistant and has lived in Enid her whole life.
Lindsay graduated from Autry Technology Center in 2007 in Medical Assisting and Business Information. She has been working in a medical office setting for over 12 years.
In her downtime, she enjoys baking and offers her homemade delights at Skinny Piggy Sweets. She also loves making memories with her family; especially her son, Quinn and her other half Hayden.
Melissa Sorrels
Melissa joined our team in 2020 as our office receptionist. She has since received her certification as a phlebotomy tech.
Melissa has previously owned and operated Kaffee-Klatsch coffee house on the downtown square and managed Eskimo Joe's for the past 9 Christmas seasons.
She is a mother of two, and a BeGi to two wonderful granddaughters. In her down time she is a spray tan artist and loves to be with family.
